At FGE Power, our Leadership team strives to achieve maximum environmental, social, and economic returns for our stakeholders.

Emerson G. Farrell

Founder, CEO & President

Emerson Farrell is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of FGE Power through the management of strategic partnerships, long-term financial planning, selection of projects and oversight of project financial planning and execution.

Before founding FGE Power, Emerson previously led corporate strategy and business development for the high-tech firm ZINK Imaging, managed client engagements and business development efforts with management consulting firm Silver Oak Partners, and participated in the formation of international private-public investment funds with Economic Innovation.

Mr. Farrell also serves as board director and/or senior advisor to various firms focused on clean technology, biofuels, and distributed power generation.

Mr. Farrell serves on the board of the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (HAE) and the For A Day Foundation and received his BA from Harvard University.

Brian M. Drinkwine

Executive Vice President

Brian Drinkwine serves as Executive Vice President for FGE Power, where his responsibilities include enterprise-wide operations oversight, strategic planning and the development of power generation opportunities.

Prior to joining FGE Power, Brian served in multiple leadership positions to include strategy development for a Department of Defense sponsored research institution with specific focus on reconstruction & development, as well as leading organizations that developed multi-million dollar EPC projects in Southwest Asia.

Colonel (Retired) Drinkwine is a former Army combat arms officer with a distinguished career over 25+ years leading Airborne and Ranger units with five combat tours, to include commanding a 5,800 multi-national member Brigade Combat Task Force during the Afghanistan surge.

Mr. Drinkwine received his MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia (UVA), a MPS from Auburn University of Montgomery, a MS from the U.S. Army War College and a BS with an Engineering concentration from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point.

Lindsey F. Snyder

Chief of Staff

Lindsey Snyder serves as Chief of Staff for FGE Power, where she helps to plan, implement, and manage operations as well as external and internal communications for the company.

Her breadth of experience prior to joining the FGE Power team spans the commercial real estate, biotech, and technology sectors and includes a strong background in client services, investor relations, public relations and investment due diligence in the private markets.

Mrs. Snyder received a BFA from Boston University and her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School as well as post graduate certificate from Cornell in commercial real estate development.

She has served on the board of her children’s schools and is an avid supporter of The Home for Little Wanderers in Massachusetts.
